At Jimmy Lion, we want you to love your socks, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn socks in their packaging and secure them in a shipping box or padded envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
